ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး၊ လှည်းကူးမြို့နယ်ရှိ အောင်လံဆရာတော်ဘုရားကြီး၏ သာသနာ့ပျိုးဥယျာဥ်ကျောင်းတိုက် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးစီမံကိန်းတွင် စိတ်အားတက်ကြွစွာ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ပေးမည့် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အောက်ပါရာထူးများအား အမြန်အလိုရှိပါသည်။

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in B.E Civil Engineer, site management certification or equivalent preferred.
Must able 40 years of age and in good health.
Minimum 5 years or 10 years of proven experience in site management.
Able to manage daily site Operations, Scheduling, Monitoring and control, Monthly progress, Leading site team and manage the subcontractors at site.
Must be able to work independently.
Must have experience in project management & labor management.
Strong in problem solving skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill and organizational skill.
Good in team work approach and able to work under pressure.
Able to travel at project site any area of Myanmar.
Competency in writing technical reports and making presentations.

Job Requirements:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering GTI/ BE/ B Tech (Civil)
Must have 5 years’ experience in the related field.
Must have experience in Building Projects.
Must have experience in project management & labor management.
Excellent problem-solving skill and negotiation skills.
Able to schedule, drawing, site safety & site store control.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐫 (𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐞/𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞) – 𝟏 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer (QS), Construction, or related field.
At least 5 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, or related field.
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results.
Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

Job Location: လှည်းကူးမြို့နယ်၊ ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး။

Working Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays

Transportation: သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့်စုရပ်မှ ကြို/ပို့ စီစဥ်ပေးမည်။

Salary: လုပ်သက်အတွေ့အကြုံပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး ညှိနှိုင်းပေးမည်။
