Job Location : လှည်းကူးမြို့နယ်၊ ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး။
Working Time : 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Off Days : Sunday & Public holidays
Transportation : သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် စုရပ်မှ ကြို/ပို့ စီစဥ်ပေးမည်။
Salary : Negotiate (လုပ်သက်အတွေ့အကြုံပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး ညှိုနှိုင်းပေးမည်။

(1) Project Manager (Male)
Job Requirements
– Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering BE, ME (Civil).
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in various types of building & infrastructure work.
– Strong in problem solving skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill and organizational skill.
– Good in team work approach and able to work under pressure.
– Able to travel at project site any area of Myanmar.
– Competency in writing technical reports and making presentations.
(2) Project Engineer (Male)
Job Requirements
– Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering BE/B Tech (Civil).
– Must have at least (5) years of relevant work experience.
– Analysis and critical thinking skills must be strengthened in calculations and designs.
– Must be familiar with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D.
– Construction projects must have good time management capabilities to meet project deadlines.
– Must have obtained evidence and certificates related to the work.
– Must be a good and coordinated person with all government departments/ departments.
(3) Site Engineer (Male) (Male)
Job Requirements
– Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering GTI/ BE/ B Tech (Civil)
– Must have 3 years’ experience in the related field.
– Must have experience in Building Projects.
– Must have experience in project management & labor management.
– Excellent problem-solving skill and negotiation skills.
– Able to schedule, drawing, site safety & site store control.
(4) Senior Quantity Surveyor cum Contract Manager (Male/Female)
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in QS, Construction, or related field.
– At least 5 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction
experience, or related field.
– Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results.
– Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
– Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
– In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
– Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
(5) Quality Control Engineer (Male/Female)
Job Requirements
– Must be a graduate of B.E or GTI (Civil)
– Minimum (3) years of experience in related field
– Capable to use AutoCAD software, Microsoft word, Excel and Email very well
– Review materials approval requests from sub-contractors that are to be utilized for the project and
discuss, adjust, prepare and submit to the engineer.
(6) Administration Executive (HR/Admin/Payroll) (Male/Female)
Job Requirements
– Any graduate must have a Human Resource certificate.
– Must have 3 years of experience in Admin/HR management, HR operations, and employee relations.
– Must be familiar with Admin/HR policies and procedures.
– Strong knowledge of human resources (HR) practices.
– Good in recruitment and selection.
– Must have good organizational and management skills.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively
– Must be proactive and flexible and able to work under pressure.
(7) Purchasing Executive (Male/Female)
Job Requirements
– BSc/BA In business administration or relevant field;
– Proven experience as a purchasing agent or relevant role
